TIS Maritime Agency has been licensed by the Ukrainian governmental authorities as a personnel recruiting company.

TIS Maritime Agency has an adequate office space, facilities, equipment and highly trained staff to meet the requirements of our clients.

Crew Management

"TIS" places a great importance on manning as a crucial factor in the safety and standard of a shipping operation. Crewing arrangements are given careful consideration based on the vessel's trade.

TIS personnel department oversees the selection and recruitment process for each vessel and supervises all matters relating to training, visas, documentation, travel and immigration requirements. Continuity of crewing within each owners fleet of vessels is of great importance.

Over the past 4 years the company has been contracted to handle either full crew manning or recruiting individual officers/ratings for over 100 vessels managed/owned by leading shipping companies. We have extensive experience particularly in manning of reefers and chemical/oil tankers.

The company utilizes a specially designed software "TIS Crewing Information System" which is up-graded from time to time to meet new requirements. The nesessary information concerning each person is constantly updated and registered. Also other useful programs were created and are in use to facilitate a quick response to any crew requests from our clients.
